_Take me back Home_

Contributed by reecy on Sunday, 25th September 2005 @ 01:41:07 PM in AEST
Topic: LoveRemembered

Another summer day
Has come and gone away
surrounded by
A million people I
Still feel all alone,
I miss you, you know

i've been speaking out the conversations
that i'd have with you
Each one begins with," i'm fine, but how are you?"
i would share them with you but i know
it's just not good enough
My words were cold and flat
And you deserve more than that

feel just like I’m living someone else’s life
It’s like I just stepped outside
When everything was going right
And I know just why you could not
Come along with me
But this was not your dream
But you always believed in me

Another winter day has come and gone away
so come take me home
it'll all be alright if you meet me tonight ,
and take me back home

I

I am not sure what to make of this. It looks like a problematic relationship that is starting to work out. It is not 100% clear

Very nice, I didn't quite get it either myself, but it's well written.
