Who is the one, who paints my heart,
and builds a peaceful place,
Who is the one, who crossed the oceans,
with words, but not a face,
Who is the one, that holds the child,
and brings a room of peace,
Who is the one, that wrapped our souls,
with dignity and grace,
Who is the one, that brought a flame,
to light these rugged roads,
Who is the one, the etched his name,
upon my heart like gold,
Who is the one, that I now carry,
within my every thought,
and made our days so clear and beautiful,
and blessed us with his song,
Who is the one that calmed the tides,
and lit us with a flame,
He is one that I'll always cherish,
Dallas is his name!

Dearest Valerie!
This is so beautiful a write, I burst into tears as I read it. Thank you for alerting me to it.
