Don't fight the tears that are coming, It will only bring more pain
Don't try to stop the hurting, which is blood from a silver vein
In your mind it seems like yesterday, when you tried to break free
From the chains that hold us all, in the deep dark depths of misery
You thought, "I don't care if im gone, why should anyone else,"
"So I may as well stop fighting death, I don't need to save myself"
No one understood why you left us, but you knew it was inevitable
Now that your gone we all think of you, and how your life was not full
But I know thats not fair to your memory, it was your choice to leave
We should celebrate the choice you made, instead of taking time to greave

It is always sadder when a person takes there life because in the back of our minds we wonder if it was something that we did.
"And silence fell,
nothing could quell
the horror of the moment
that ended all your torment
that I wished I could prevent.

The words above are from a song i wrote about a sailor who killed himself this year. I know it won't change things. My heart goes out to you.
