HAVE you ever felt this WAY?

restless in my sleep the moon echoing with shallow tides
images and idols that have flashed before my eyes
words of useless wonder speaking from the grave
waiting for someone to start a political wave
this moon above my head like a spotlight on this hill
watching all the wonders and the blood that society spills
wanting blindless forever or atleast be shallow sheep
but no as many also who see this dirty heap
to many stories so many flowing words i find within
only darkness in my soul bearing to much sin
not alone do i walk i see this path is truly not alone
but as long as my path is sturdy like a heavy stone

the words used are soothing, i find
