the maze of life around every corner
there is a knife or gun.
no way to hide
no way to run.
traveling this maze of life
one would be surprise,
one day in light,
then another in the dark.
one day sad another glad.
who really know were they are at.
all one can do is one's own part,
and ask the father for a clean pure heart,
as one travel through this maze call life.

BRAVO!BRAVO!BRAVO!
I never thought of life as a maze Richard, but you are so right, it truly is......and I love the prt about keeping your heart clean. I hold His Hand and let him guide me each and everyday. It's very hard for young people to keep a clean heart, but if you are aware of the dangers, you can be successful, and your poetry is deep and real.
I just love it
Keep up the good work!
Warm love
