He starred in the Dukes of Hazzard and the Andy Griffith show.
He was born in Bethune, Colorado.
Christmas is truly the greatest day of the year.
But on Christmas of 1997 many people were brought to tears.
Denver Pyle died on Christmas and it was a tragedy.
First he was Briscoe Darling and later he was Uncle Jesse.
If a person said he wasn't talented, he or she lied.
We enjoyed his performance in Bonnie and Clyde.
He was nice and he was a little bold.
He died when he was seventy-seven years old.
People really hated it when he died.
On Christmas day we said good-bye.
