When I page you and you don't call back, I'm not upset.
I just feel alone and forgotten.
When you call and say you can't talk for long, I'm not upset.
I just feel alone and forgotten.
When you say you will be over and you don't show up, I'm not upset.
I just feel alone and forgotten.
But when you do call & we talk for long, when you do come over.
I feel I'm neither alone nor forgotten.
