SEPTEMBER 11 ANNIVERSARY

In Memoriam

~

Out of a silent sky
We see them fly
Only those there new the true sound
The sound of terror

Out of a clear blue sky
They came
As lives were led normally below
Bringing death in seeming slo-mo

Burning flames now flare within black
A vision of a very modern hell
Now screams and our panic attack
A pain in all hearts does swell

Grey is the smoke where the papers fly
This confetti of gruesome death
A horror before unknown
On the winds of evil blown

In the face of an innocent sky
We all watched our Everyday fall and die
Knowing nothing would ever be the same
Future horror, death and shame

Then blinded in the crushing dust
Crushed down in the weight of time
The horror bore down on all our hearts
Of the crime beyond all crime

The most infamous day in American history. This is a great memorium to that day. A day of death, life, terror, heroism. God bless America for in spite of all she stood strong and the people pulled together to help at every level. We may have our weaknesses but we are still the strongest country in the world in spite of our leaders.
