as i kneel down beside his grave
i could feel the wetness of the ground soak through my jeans
i tried to fight back the tears
and keep inside all my fears
but as i look up and see his name engraved in the stone
i fall back and cry out in pain, my heart breaking,
breaking into millions of pieces
i tried to sit up as it starts to rain
and i carelessly wipe away the raindrops on his grave
and lay down whats left of my heart beside his red candles
i say goodbye for the last time
"you will always be in my heart, from my heart to yours i will always love you"
i wrote on his grave and left

This is sad.
I like how you include all the little details in it, the things people don't notice, but all all to do with the one person in the poem.
I like this, I think it could have done with some punctuation, but otherwise it's pretty good.

i like this, it has real emotion in it. Perhaps
a slightly inappropriate user comment took
away a bit of the sincerity of the poem, but
then they are just words. well written
