You're playing with my emotions,
Toying with my heart.
I finally gain strength and get over you,
And now your phone calls start.
I'm not going back to you,
You aren't in my life's picture.
So don't even start with the lovey-dovey stuff,
Because I'm not falling for it, that's for sure.
I've heard your words,
I've felt your hands.
Maybe now you will feel what I felt,
When you tore my heart into tiny strands.

| Such poems I hate to comment on because you would be in some pain and all we say is "nice write! great poem" but for you it is a bitter reality, I am so sorry about it all |
