The sea murmurs my name on the evening breeze
“Oh step inside, oh step inside and bring your troubles here”
The calm surface conceals; my future below
The gentle caress, painless salvation
“I’ll greet you with open arms”
In oceanic harpy wail
Our eyes meet in sparkling gaze
Rocks in my pocket, Oh take me away
“Take me; show me the hidden depths
Extinguish the fire that feeds from me”
My heart black as coal, burns
Burn, burns, burns
Now lapping at my toes, Kissing my feet
Some distant temple worshipper
“Step inside, step inside, take your place”
Bliss

An intriguing read to say the least. Very well written with great descriptive qualities. I havent read anything quite like it and really make you think. Great job and keep writing!
