Questions With No Answers

Contributed by LilyFire on Tuesday, 6th September 2005 @ 10:41:29 PM in AEST
Topic: selfstruggles

When one has a problem, how should it be handled?
If there is no solution, should the pain suffice?
It is all I can do to get up every day
Knowing I won't be happy when the darkness floods the sky.
I feel as if I'm being torn apart inside,
Though I could only be so lucky.
Am I not allowed to be happy?
I know I'm not so bad off, compared to some,
But why is any happyness I find taken from me?
It seems to be a cruel game
With life rolling the dice.
Well what if I don't want to play anymore?
That's right, I want to quit!
Yet the dice keep getting rolled,
And my number has not come up.
Will I make it around the board?
Will I ever "pass go"?
