I remember the day that you got kicked out
That same day you moved in with me
And right away I thought
Things are gonna change between you and me

I was right, things did change
But it wasn't how I expected
Things got better between us
But I thought I'd be rejected

We became really good friends
We talked every night
About us being together
But that was alright

Things turned into more than just talking
We got closer to each other
This only happened so fast
Because we trusted one another

We'd stay up "talking"
Until two each morning
And then you wouldn't let me go to bed
Because you were horny

Every now and then
We would have some fights
We'd be mad at each other all day
But everything changed at night

You were the first guy I did anything with
I had a great time
But who wouldn't with you
You're so damn fine

I wish it never ended
But I knew that it would
If I had another chance with you
In a heartbeat, I would

I remember it all
Like it was yesterday
You came up to me
And said you had something to say

You said you had to move
All I could do was cry
But what really bothers me is
You never even gave me a reason why

You packed your bags and left
And you never did come back
When I close my eyes to imagine you
I see nothing, it's all black

I am starting to forget about you
Even though you do still call
I am getting on with my life
I don't miss you at all
