Graveyard Vacancy On Isle 666

Contributed by DemonProdigy on Sunday, 4th September 2005 @ 05:11:36 PM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

Dust is falling, collecting on a tombstone
An empty grave shadowed by memories
The culperate entity awakening me alone
I burned at the stake just so we could be

But you fed my flesh to the darkness
And stabbed my existence until it bled
Above me my sky was empty and starless
I began to anticipate and covet the dead

With all due respect, I hope you cry yourself off a bridge
A zombie child you so gladly will leave behind
I am the antagonizing feind of a *****
Leave it all up to me and I'll be sure to take your life
Let us trade souls as I devourer yours with this knife

Your hopes and dreams are irrelevancy
With an avenging joy youre ******* dead to me
Your grave is no longer vacant, I leave you with a smile
And think back on the good times as I laugh for a while

I quite like this even though I have no particular background knowledge of the specific subject matter.

Wow very graphic and I don't understand why
people are getting on you about two swear
words they should look beyond that at the
amazingly disturbing poetry located in this
piece. Seriously I loved this and the imagery
and mood at the start was truly creepy and
frightening setting the stage for this
remarkable write. Hope to see more.

Well, alike the other too, I enjoyed this one just as much. But I still do not realise why people are getting on you about this poetry. Yes I am a child, age 13, but no it does not effect me nor my parents. I think that it just shows how truely emotional you are. Who knows. I love your poetry and think you should continue writing it. So I am leaving you an extremely positive comment, your poetry is dark in a way and serious in another. Kudos again for a job well done.
