Wanna hear a love poem?
one thats pure and true
it'll go on with a simple rhyme
and will reflect the beauty of you
it will start of with a catchy phrase
and as you go along
the stucture will amaze
even the blackest of hearts
as you skim across the lines
then take it all apart
figure out the metaphore and read between the lines
realize what you mean to me
and catch all the signs
reading the well written lines as a tear falls
and crawls down your face
before you wipe it away
so if you wanna hear a love poem
one thats pure and true
it'll go on with a simple rhyme
I wrote it just for you
