To be standing in your presence
is my heart's desire.
To see the smile, that melts my soul
would chase away the nightmares that have me on hold.
The struggle that goes on and on...
To know you again, is my heart's true content
The shadows lurk by, but never show.
I weep for your touch, your eyes,
your sweet lips upon mine, and
the knowledge of everlasting love.
