Watching the news,
I feel overwelmed!
Disaster's so huge children and babies aren't found.
The poor mums and dads,
Katrina's so cruel!
No water or food, and what's gonna happen with rising fuel???
I shed many tears,
wanting to help badly...
if I could pass food through out tv screens sadly,
God is not happy with the world today
No one wants God !!!
Schools dismiss what God has to say,
Keeping His commandments should be so easy yet it's not.
Kept in society the world has forgot.
So sadly we suffer the consenquences are apparent.
Why can't we just repent and do what God said" in Jesus He sent?"
Satan is here bothering our thoughts and our minds
Instead of observing the Sabbath,
that Jesus came back and taught...but we keep putting up blinds!
Satan is happy that we are shielded from the truth.
but leaving us now unhappy when disaster hits,
we need to be teaching Gods yearning youth.
"Keeping the law always and doing what is right."
"It would cause peace at last
and no more countries would fight or live with strife"
So this world continues to go on ...
in our worlly ways....
Thinking of ourselves before
God in too many ways!
It seems too hard to obey
- as Satan the devil continues to say
"keep living like this
you are okay!"
But we are not, I am not,
everything is wrong!
This world is so sinful and evil and strong!!
Strong in a bad way strong that is in so deep,
It is so hard to beleive in what really 'we seek.'
So looking at the disasters all over the place.
I realize it won't be long,
before God sends Jesus to replace...
The Governments of this world
are not doing their role.
Jesus is our ruler...
He will turn disaster and teach control!
xXx

I do not think that God is doing this to the world, He lets things happen, but these disasters are prophecied. They are sad but also we should rejoice because it means that He will come back soon. But yes we should turn from our wicked ways. And yes people don't seem to want to believe because it is so simple, they always want to complicate stuff. |

This truly is an apocoliptic event-
..a cleansing..
and hope the rest of us can find the stregnth
to help them there in the gulf states..
if only to live a kind and good life
so as to spare the world from an end..
(Give to the Red Cross and Salvation Army!!)
Thanks inoc..

Yes Coni I agree that God allows these disasters to happen,
Man must live by Faith and in the absence of it, there can be nothing but cynicism when confronted with so much suffering as mankind has to undergo now.
May they be given the gift of faith.
Beautiful reminder !
“Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”
HEBREWS Chapter 11/12
Thanks for sharing this with us.

I am reminded of "Habbakuk" from this poem. Good and bad befall the good and bad of this world, just as the sun shines on everyone. The just will live by his faith in all of this. This is a good write |

Hello Coni:
Multiple millions out of all nations will soon respond and turn to God through faith of His son. He promised that in the final generations before His return as King of kings, this gospel shall be preached in all the world as a witness. Keep your faith Coni.
Many are still blinded by the false gods of this world, meaning they are unbelievers. Keep praying, see the Light, your poem is a prayer in itself and teaches His glory. Here are some enriched scripture readings:
Matthew 13 He predicts the outcome of preaching as a tiny harvest, even with dedicated worldwide missionary effort. We will continue even if the gospel makes little impact. God says, many will be called, but few chosen. Yes Satan is the deceiver of the whole world.
Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
11 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
1Corinthians 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Revelations 1 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
Revelations 7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
..and also vs. 14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
As I have often heard from a few, what doesn't kill you will only make you stronger. I say, keep the faith, be strong. God will take care of all situations, many of us try to do our best in obeying His laws and Love Him with all of our hearts.
Thank you for this poem. Keep writing them, hearts are listening to the wisdom. hugs from me, raquel leah
