Oh special day of yours
Sunshine, blue cloudless skies
Under natures canopy resides
A love smoldering on the inside
Awaiting heavenly sanction
Made manifest to draw you bound
The source of love from above
Now reflected in the outward expression of your love
This is the beauty which comes from within
All sanctioned by ceremony and vows
To become man and wife in a holy ceremony
Now each glance or look reflects His loving Spirit
Intensified as His gift of love to show
How His presence strengthens within
Each kiss solidifies this magical connection
As well as reinforcing your loving affection
But what actually makes the day so beautiful
Is at this moment in time you became a Holy Union
Of man and woman, marriage entered in
A God given commitment and spiritual rite
So He can be there, and give direction to your flight
And help you discern those difficult directions in life
Hopefully He will be at your relationship core
To help you focus on a meaningful rapport

Awww this is a beautiful poem, written with a tender touch. Did you give them this poem too? If not, you should...
It's very sweet. It has a good flow too, but it's your wording and emotion that makes this write.
