The seasons will pass, the grass will grow
but my love for you, you will never know
if I tell you how I feel inside my heart
I'm afraid our friendship would fall apart
Maybe we'd fall in love at one glance
but I'm to afraid to take that chance
I cant tell you how you make my heart skip a beat
I cant express the feelings inside of me
in darkness you are my light
if I'm Mr. wrong, will you be my Mrs. right
in your smile theres such a glow
I wish you knew the real me, not the one you think you know
you're like a star in the sky
and when I look at you, I wonder why
why cant I tell you I love you
why is that so hard to do
why am I writing you this letter
if I tell you id feel much better
my love for you I cant express
but trust me, its for the best

I can relate to this poem. Good luck with this person. I hope she feels the same for you, if not you deserve better. |

I relate to this great write very much. I was afraid to tell her too (my Mrs. Right) and have done so now and still feel the fear that now it will NEVER come true. No unsolicited advice from me my friend....just the fact that I love this poem. Very well written and great expression of emotion....keep it up! |
