I've always been your little girl
Even though I am now big
You've always been the gentle giant
So easy to forgive
The time we spend together
Means so much to me
Full of laughter and happy times
Creating many memories
I've always been a Daddy's Girl
As anyone can tell
That's something I treasure very much
Something you can't buy or sell
I love the relationship that we have
It's impossible to say
I am very much your daughter
In each and every way
From the outward penguin walk
To the stubborness we try to conceal
The same stance and mannerisms
And our obvious sex appeal.
I am still your little girl
I'm all these things through and through
This is my way of saying that
Straight from me to you.

It is so good that you and your dad are close even after years on, now that you have grown.
Your poem read well Tamara I liked reading it.
