Just is the thought of a silent goodbye
Either we've spoken, either we've lied,
Now and forever our silence speaks truth
Nothing will take my heart back to you,
It is too painful, my heart nay decline
Far too often my heart yet have cried,
Empty from within the light I've once craved
Remembering a goodbye, that never took place.

Silence in the heart and mind sometimes rings louder than any word that can be spoken.
