****************************************
age three, angelic little white girl
in leotard and tights she practices her ballet
fifteen, spiritual soul sistah of africa
in tank top and bright colors, stomps to the beat of a different drum
at twenty four, striking arabian princess
slithers her bejeweled body as she bellydances
thirty years old, tough red head
shakes it at the slobbery men and prays for pay
dance on the wall, dance down the hall
shake it til you can't no more
dance is how you feel, dance is your soul
express your inner self, and let it fly
a soul is something you can't hide
