God has allowed you and I the perfect gift-
An offering sent down from the heavens above-
One that always causes our hearts to lift up-
A special friendship filled with honest affection…
We have no questions that need answers-
No need for apologies or explanations to give-
For what we share goes beyond physical love-
Into the realm of true love and total trust…
We have walked softly, hand in hand-
And love has connected our hearts forever-
When we are together there is no fear to see-
For tomorrow is just another bright day to come…
The friendship that we share will forever stand-
As a helping hand and warm heart we choose to lend-
For we share a love that gives and will always live-
Deep in our heart and next to our souls within…
