Unhappy
Why do thoughts of you still linger
It stings my heart like a bee’s stinger
Why does it kill me when you’re not around?
I smile no more all I do is frown
Why is it that I always want to cry?
All I think about is “when will I die?”
Why is there no happiness in my life?
The only there is, is so much strife
I no longer have an appetite
As well as no energy left to fight
All day long all I do is sleep
Even in my dreams thoughts of you creep
I’m tired of writing these poems that are sad
Now that I think about it, it gets me so mad
Why do I depend on another to make me happy?
Happiness should be rooted in the person I call me
