Choose Life!

Contributed by anitajames on Wednesday, 24th August 2005 @ 12:13:15 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Love that is shattered can be reborn.
Even in hearts that are tattered and torn.
Our loves a bright light
that's just out of my reach.
Will it serve to burn me or teach?

I refuse to believe that happiness is over.
Help me to catch you
I plead and I pray.
I won't be the one to sigh and roll away.

God will be with us through all this strife.
Can you hear him?

He's saying "Choose Life".

Thank You Kelly and Karen for inspiring me

Well written. You seem to have a lot more Hope. I hope it stays.
Take care.

I am a pro life supporter (abortion) and when i read this that is from the view i was taking, and i think it fits well.
i am happy for you that you found peace and hope in your faith as people (like myself) often have nothing like that to fall back on.

kudos to you
KarlaMarie
