LoveRemembered

Love, he cried
for the last time his live
he closes his eyes
and kisses his wife
for the last time he breathes
his temper is changing
for the first time he realised
his life was a strangeling
seconds remaining
he opens his eye
he said we were great together
you and I

This is a great poem. Your title is the same as a song by Stevie Wonder
"For in my mind, we can conquer the world
in love you and I, you and I, you and I"
I see a similar meaning in your poem.
