To Savanna (I will...)

Contributed by bobotheclown on Wednesday, 24th August 2005 @ 12:01:20 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

I will be there,
When no one else is
I will give you joy,
When there is only sorrow
I will give you a hug,
For every minute of sadness
I will give you a kiss,
For every tear you cry
I will give you hope,
When everything seems hopeless
I will hold you,
As yesterday fades away into today
Because nothing matters except you
I will be your strength,
When you are weak
I would take away all your pain,
If it would mean your eternal happiness
I would walk on broken glass,
To see a smile touch your face
I would lie with you,
Just to feel your heartbeat against mine
I will be your rock,
When everything else is crumbling
And I will stand with you
Because together, we will beat this
