You think you know me!
You thin k that you have me all figured out.
The good girl!
The little naive Christian girl
The ghost
You think that you have me all figured out,
You think you understand me?
Understand how I feel?
Or do you think I don’t even have feelings?
To have conversations stop when ever you walk near,
The whispers in the hallway
The fingers pointing my way
You do NOT know me!
You don’t know the reason I wear long-sleeved shirts in the hottest of weather
The tears that grace my cheeks,
And stain my pillow
Your hateful words echoing in my mind
You do not know what it takes me
Day in and day out to walk out my front door
To act like your words may hurt
And your actions don’t kill my soul
A little bit at a time
You don’t know how may times you pushed me to the point of suicide!
You don’t know me
Yet you are ruthless in your ridicule
You do not know me!
But soon you will never be able to forget my face
For I could no longer stand your dirty looks
And you whispering behind my back
Being ignored day after day
The ghost that no one cares about
Last night I made plans to end it all
You will never be able to forget me now
I will haunt all your waking moments
I will torment you in your sleep
Brought a gun to school today
Oh! Now you notice me!
As I stalk the hallways
I am the one that you didn’t stand up for although you call yourselves Christians
I am the one that you spit on.
Now you have time to think about what you did!
Hiding under your desks,
You all beg for mercy!
BANG!
Where was my mercy?
BANG BANG!
When you pushed me down into the mud?
BANG
The tears streaming down your petrified face just infuriates me more!
BANG BANG BANG
Now I have all the power!
How does it feel?
Now I stand tall as you all quiver below me
BANG!

Never again will you ignore me

Never again will I go to bed crying
NEVER AGAIN

Wow... that's powerful and of course... we do need to take a stand and make sure something like this doesn't happen. Hope your message is heard, it should be.

Wow, lil_Angel this is powerful writing. Yes, we all have the power to stop this. Writes like this making people understand how cruel is is and how is so deeply affects the minds and breaks down the self esteem of those being harassed constantly. It all turns to silent deadly anger. People need to realize that anger may put them at the end of a loaded gun one day, just trying to be cool. It is not cool, it is dangerous.

wow this is a powerful write.. You can almost feel like your that kid that is being picked on.. i actually can relate to this in my younger days of school.. this is very uplifting and good for kids in school now who get picked on everyday.. awesome Job

| great great write i totaly understand how you feel. There have been many days where I am on the edge just like you. tears never go away the words never go away. the only way to stop the hurtfull words is to silence the toutures. But don't do that be strong we love. *gives hug* *wipes tears away and off your face* |
