I'm empty inside
I'll show you a smile
Never let you see me
I live in denial.
A mask, a facade, an actor...it's true
If you wile with your smile they won't see the real you.
Obsessive, compulsive, not crazy, a witch
Give me a moment, I'll make a switch.
The truth's what we ask for-- who are we kidding?
We would be extinct if we knew what we were getting.

Interesting poem. Well captured. Yet sometimes we ask for the truth while that's not what we want, if you know what I mean.
Take care.
