You left so quick that I never got a chance
To tell you how I feel
And I need to know
So my heart can start to heal
You need to know that I miss you
And I want you here with me
There’s one more thing I want you to know
Its with you, I want to be
I know i'm just a child
And that you are so much more
But in my eye, you’re my soul mate
And its you that I adore
I know I never showed it
But I was just scared of what you might say
So i’m writing this poem
To send to you today
You need to know I love you
And you better not forget
It doesn’t matter that you’re older
And me telling you this is something I won’t regret
