Crimson Colored Love

Contributed by mmiss on Sunday, 21st August 2005 @ 11:06:59 PM in AEST
Topic: ChristianPoetry

(V)
When I think of love
I see crimson red
I can see The Blood
The Blood that Jesus shed

And when I call His name
I can feel the Love
Then He comes to me
With crimson colored Love

(C)
Crimsom colored Love
Spilled to earth like rain
Gives hope to all believers
In His Holy Name

He can wash you clean
With His crimson blood
He'll come and lift you up
cThis crimson colored Love

(V)
When He answers me
I'll give Him honor ,give Him praise
I'll bow down and give the glory
To His Holy name

I will worship Him
Down on bended knees
Just like a flood He'll lift me up
With His crimson colored Love
He Covers me

I really like this. I've heard something similar somewhere, but I like the wording of this much better. Great job!

This is very beautiful. Nicely written!
I think anytime we use the art of poetry
to voice what God means to us, makes
Him more than happy.

God Bless,
Lizzie
