Do you seek the lost horizons
that are just beyond today?
Can you walk beyond the shadows
that are cast upon your way?
Do you care to seek tomorrow
beyond the mornings’ light?
Do you dare to tread the darkness
on the coming edge of night?
Do you feel the distant thunder
as old worries spawn anew?
Can you face the fears that haunt you
when there is nothing left to do?
Do you yearn for all the answers
to questions that you find?
To over come the hunger
that plays upon ones’ mind.
Can you reach beyond the sadness
ones’ soul is bound to bear?
As you search the heartfelt depths
to find that you don’t care.
