It hurts it hurts so bad
dear nurse
the ambulance , the doctor ,
the emergency surgeons . paramedics
for my paltry knowledge of
the arbitrary medical procedures
is not succint to appease my palpitating heart.
I solemnly trust only that one,
and its him I had that devastating collision with.
Now perhaps an oxygen mask
perhaps no mask could desist
this contsriction that is suffocating me.
Whilst an anasthetic so strong
I barely have the respite of feeling groggy and insignificant
I may be knocked out cold
not tranquilized
Please do not leave my side
whilst dreams may fathom some rationality and redolently tell me what to do
