MISSING YOU.

LoveRemembered

The ripple of the waves, as their carried out to sea,
the sound of children laughing, playing happily,
the birds up in the trees, the humming of the bees,
the gentle rustling sound, as the wind blows all the leaves.
An organ, a violin, all music in my ears,
a beautiful voice singing, to my eyes brings sudden tears,
there is one sound I miss, that leaves my heart so broken,
never to hear from your lips again, my name so softly spoken.

Been there, done that, and my heart is still broken. That is the hardest part. Not hearing their voice or turn to reach for them in the night and there is nothing but cold pillow. You sketched it perfectly.
Blessings,
