My last tear drop falls without warning
And stings my already dampened cheek.
Your lack of feeling, lack of tears
Stings into my already wiltered soul.
You're last unemotional good-bye,
Slithered across your tainted lips.
My first heartfelt good-bye,
Stabs into my recently ravished heart.
You're lack of feeling, lack of passion
Drowns me in apprehension.
I slowly submerge beneath your unwillinglyness,
I slowly drown under this agony..
My last hope to maybe change,
Buries itself under all our crushed promises.
You're promises that you broke without anticipation,
Bewilders me, bruises my wiltered soul.
My last pathetic plead,
You'll see roll across my tongue,
Will die just like everything else,
With this first heartfelt goodbye.
