I stared into your eyes,
so full of sparkle, so full of shine.
You were happier in those times,
Those days that you were mine.
I ripped out your heart and stomped it to the ground,
no wonder now that you're not around.
I listen for your voice but I hear no sound.
Saying I'm sorry isn't enough I've found.
I was young and stupid back in those days.
The days before you went away.
I wish that there was more to say.
But you're gone forever to my dismay.
I loved our little family,
and I lost it all forever you see.
Because I found someone else for me.
but I didn't wait for you to leave.
