Emasculated more
each and every day
Tire of this cycle
I insist not today
For all of my protests
nothing has changed
My plans for success
have been rearranged
In the politics of life
I'm not a player
a detriment at work
I haven't a pray-er
I'm not without options
though violent they be
Honed edges of steel
that satisfy me
Weapons that crush
like mace or the flail
but who am I kidding
neither will prevail
Actions so bold
require lots o'willpower
wish that were me
my outlook is sour
Not having the courage
to drive off the ledge
Consider a new option
... the jagged edge
