WHO'S RIGHT OR WRONG.

Contributed by emystar on Friday, 19th August 2005 @ 03:42:44 AM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

Change my heart oh God, make it ever true.

Change my heart oh God, may I be like You.

You are the potter, I am the clay,

Mold me and make me, this is what I pray.

SultryRose's Signatures

All this kaos on planet Earth
We all come out crying at birth.
Major healing needs to come
from heaven, each-n-every one.

Now Lord, don't know
who's right or wrong.
Please help me with this song.
repeat

We scream, we holler we
loudly rant.
No wonder peace has no chance.
So in so did so and so, my God.
So much acussing on this sod.

Our soilders blowed up every day.
Broken heart's left in it's wake.
We need to take responsibility for self
Leave you, father with all the rest.

Our pain turns to ranting, insanity.
We all seek lifes justice, liberty.
Each time there's pain in hearts
Let go let God our healing start.

  • Aww emy, this is so deep n touching..
The flow is wonderful, and I'm sure the images would've
been wonderful too... if... err, they'd actually come up on my screen, lol. I probably need to re-connect.

    But, so very telling!

    Powerful write, as always!

Oh this is treal heart wrenching Emystar. And so very true. Every line fits our present situation. So much tragedy so much sorrow, even malice to score a higher point over the other., and exploiting controversial issues to wound
It is always the best to do what one knows is charitable, leave the self-rigteous hollering, and leave the rest to merciful God.
This is a wonderful poem. A true MASTERWORK and profoundly inspiring.

    Love and peace
    Elizabeth

Poignant and deeply felt. Shows a real concern for the choas in the world. The rhyme scheme is a bit uneven, especially in the second last verse. Otherwise well-written.

its very rare to hear about the world's chaos from the emotional aspects, and you did a very nice job at it.

You have written a great poem here.

If we actually did what the bible said it would seem that our enemies would win. I will not go into that though (too contreversial) (John 6:15)
