Where My Heart belongs

Contributed by mom11159 on Thursday, 18th August 2005 @ 12:42:02 PM in AEST
Topic: NaturePoetry

There are times you know that you belong
Where everyday your heart beats strong
When you are in this special place
Peacefulness, comes over your face

So where is it where your heart belongs?
Where tranquility last so very long
Where no one accuses, no one Judges
Where nature loves and holds no grudges

Where the sun shines so very sweet
Where love is so easy to meet
Where natures aroma is in the air
With peace in you heart, serenity declared

In the woods, where there is no cares
Is the peacefulness that nature can share
Your heart pounds for the beauty you see
When you open your eyes in amazement you'll be

Your body relaxes for there is no tension
Freedom you feel, love not mention
For me the woods is the place to be
Closer to God and eternity.
