seek it out
destroy it piece by little piece
enjoy the blood
enjoy the feast

angry; rip it quick
tear it to invisible shreds
make it scream
and whelp like the dead

make it stink worse than you felt
guilt unrepented
you enjoyed every last one
of its painful minutes

but does the anger ever fade
does their harm ever die
does it ever block the memory
of that horror filled mad and crazy time

This is a very dark write but it really is very effective in showing how anger manifests and is released. It also documents how the feeling after confirms that the problem is never fully gone. It remains long after. Chris.
