Out beyond the clouds of white
Through the enormous blue sky
Beyond the thousands of glowing stars
In the dark is where discoveries lie
We explore for civilizations
On planets with air we can breathe
Maybe blue skies - - - large oceans
Lands covered with beautiful trees
Searching in the void of darkness
Far into outer space
Somewhere in this vast universe
We can't be the only race
After all it's human nature
It makes us want to explore
We espy beyond the normal
Till we find what we're looking for
I hope one day in the future
Space won't seem so far
Man will start his adventure
Beyond all the masses of stars
But until then I have a dreams
My intergalactic plan
To explore far into the mystery of space
Finding worlds, unknown to man

This is awesome. You two work so well together. His words are always magical. A poet he was born to be. This follows my beliefs that there are other planets out there with life like ours or very close. Hopefully more progressive and not at war with each other all the time. Maybe they will be the answer to our political backward thoughts on the subject. Why would we be the only planet with almost intelligent life? Excellent write yu two. ***** |

Like you I hope that we will find out
One not too distant day
And we will sing and dance and shout
Across th Milky Way.
Loved your poem, Ros |

Cathy, you and Eddy did a great write here. I too would love to explore space...just sometimes wonder if they really want us out there....at least the "us" that can't seem to get it right in this world. Still and all....really enjoyed this write from you two. |
