Locked In her Mind

She's really quite sad,
No-one knows exactly when she went mad,
Surrounded by people not so kind,
Locked herself up in her mind.
Hid inside herself and threw away the key,
Always thinking, "No-one really knows me."
Waiting for sometime, someday,
When she'll be able to find her way.
Though for now, she thinks she should wait,
Keep on believing in her fate,
Waiting for the day when she will wake,
And be able to use a smile that's not fake.
