You may think you’re,
The only one I need.
But deep inside,
I need only me.
I don’t need to depend on you,
I don’t need to rely on you,
I already know,
That you won’t be there.
You’re not dependable,
You are a liar.
And I don’t need you,
I can live on my own.
Don’t call me,
Don’t think about me,
I’m only a dream,
In your mind.
I’ve disappeared,
I don’t want to be found,
I don’t need you right here,
Right now.
You decided to cast me,
Away into shadow,
I don’t need,
Any more hints.
You don’t want me,
I don’t need you,
So stay out,
And let me live.
It’s my life,
I don’t need anyone.
No one,
Not even you.
I can rely on myself.
I won’t disappoint me.
I can stand up,
And be proud of who I am.
You may have given me foundation,
But I am the one that’s growing,
I can decide on my own direction.
Don’t need you to.
I can be myself,
Not have to lie in wait.
I can bloom,
And blossom.
I can shine,
I can glow,
And it’s all because,
You left me.
