What if I said "I love you",
what if I really cared,
would you even bother,
to notice that I was there?
Would you set aside our differences?
and look at what's the same?
Or be embarrassed to be seen with me,
let alone to speak my name.
Could you think of the possibilities?
Instead of dismissing me without a thought,
Because I have a lot to offer you,
If you'd only let yourself get caught.
Should you push me away?
Just because your scared,
Or finaly give me a chance,
For once giving into being dared.
Maybe if you took a leap of faith,
You'd learn that I can be your everything,
Or maybe you preffer to walk away,
and then end up with nothing.
Either way it's fine with me,
my hearts been broken before,
I've been hurt numerous times,
so really what's once more?
I think that you should take a chance,
maybe you'll be set free,
who knows what's to come with love,
perhaps your missing half is me.
