I’ve Beaten You

Contributed by AshRayne on Friday, 12th August 2005 @ 05:12:11 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Shadowed warrior,
Drive your spear,
Into the heart,
Make it bleed.

Chop the head of honesty,
From atop my brow.
Help me let go of truth.
Burn it from me.

Take out the good,
Leave the evil.
Make me just like him.
Put in its place lies.

Now tie evasive,
Around my neck,
Pull it tightly,
Until it leaves a ring of blood.

Blood to blood,
Heart to heart.
How else can I sever the ties?
Ahh, yes. Now I remember.

Beat anger into me,
Or at least some more,
Hit me with impatience.
Throw me into the walls of forgetfulness as well.

Change me into a reflection,
A reflection of self.
Now bow down to your better,
And sacrifice yourself.

You now belong to me.
I shall not set you free.
A prisoner of love?
I think not.

You’ve caused enough pain,
And now it is my turn,
You messed with the devil,
Now your gonna get burned.

Fires burn,
Feed the fire.
With your soul,
It belongs to me now.

You always told me,
To be just like you,
Well you shouldn’t have,
‘Cause it wont come true.

I will rival you,
Like it, or not,
And you will look at me and frown,
‘Cause I’ve beaten you.

This is a womans prowess at it's best, never

have i read such intent as this, the lioness in

her most fearsome hour of conquest, this is

a provocative peice of writting i've read on

here in a long time, raw with out overkill and

inuendos with out obvious realations . . .
