i was born into the sun
melting candles in my eyes
way too dim to handle fun
but i can see your lies
i was born into this clay
molded tears to shed alone
muddy wings don't tend to stay
i've settled on my heart of stone
i was living in the gum
that she chewed like everyday
spit me out into the sun
why can't i just bubble play
i will cast another stone
into the pond my ill mind
to see reflections of alone
and dreams that i may never find
i should end this story soon
i wanna sleep for years no more
love is that one last afternoon
when i might see her nevermore

Hey that was cool, I can see why you stuck it as abstract; these poems
are fun, cause you can interpret to your hearts content. Nice work!
