Without A Dream

To stand without a dream
Is to stand without a chance
Without a goal we are running
Giving everything in vision only a glance
To walk without destination
Is not to live, but to roam
Without a place to rest ourselves
We have nothing to call our own
To stand still, an untraveling life,
Is to stand alone in the dark
Without movement we are without reflection
For we become transparent with a lifeless heart
So we must motion like a river
Always reaching for the sea
And we will find ourselves quite satisfied
If we let our dreams lead

Very good! it's an amazing, visionary piece that reflects a lot of what life is really like... and i think you captured it perfectly.
I know a lot of people who could benefit from the words you shared here. so, thanks for the write and keep it up!
