A little smile upon clouded lips,
Injested denial,
A face often seen,
Maybe in a dream
Or in a nightmare,
When you're tugging,
Falling,
Helpless,
Silent,
Paralysed,
When cool summer rain
Wets your skin,
You feel alive,
Maybe that's true happiness,
Maybe when ice winds spit in your face
When cold envelops you
And you long for the embrace
They once gave you,
When you felt warm and safe
Contented amongst them
Maybe you made them go away
It's your fault that you're alone,
It's what you wished for after all.

Hmm I wonder who you are talking to. (No intro to explain meaning better) Your words are true for several catagories of people and I like the comparison of winter to alone. This is good. |
