Freedom's Lurking

I exist with an ocean’s worth of salt
The cold blue running deeply in my veins
An inconsistent mass of sadness lies inside my vault
No silky shores in my domains
The cold strong currents dragging me into the reefs
Entangled inside this never ending maze
My freedom has been stolen by these feeless wicked thieves
A dark shadow passing me in my daze
Nature’s here; to take my pain away
Curiously circling my trust
Unmerciful jaws with nothing to say
Freedom’s lurking inside my dust…
