The Brotherhood of the Seas

Contributed by Elizabeth_Dandy on Sunday, 7th August 2005 @ 10:05:23 AM in AEST
Topic: Event

Brotherhood! glorious! - of the mighty sea,
Brotherhood! victorious in great calamity,
Brotherhood! that raced with speed
To rescue those in dire need.

Brotherhood! - so swift and fleet
To help those buried many feet
Below the unforgiving sea,
Trapped victims of great tragedy.

Brotherhood that rescued, saved,
That risks and many hardships braved,
To help the seven doom-consigned
With plans coined by supernal mind.

The world watched the scenario
Hail glorious Super Scorpio!
Oh Super Scorpio! - this name
Inscribe it in the Halls of Fame!.

The Lord who walked Himself the sea,
Is mindful of calamity,
And with much graciousness endowed
The Super-Scorpio with clout.

Fair Yelena! laugh! - weep no more!
They brought your cherished spouse ashore,.
Your faith and trust for good renewed,
Thank God and the brave Brotherhood!

Hail - ! Blessed be the Brotherhood
For noblest effort and pursuit
To save the full-doomed under sea,
And thwart a second tragedy.*

Go praise the Lord, for all the seven
Are saved, let thanks rise up to heaven
Kamtschatka sing!- your seven boys
Were rescued, sing and dance, rejoice!

Praise rescuers and praise the crew
Alive, and save returned to you,
And thank the Lord for He is good!
And the brave noble Brotherhood!

* The tragedy of the Submarine Kursk when 118 of the best sailors perished in August 2000.

Ah yes, He's so good to us.
it reminds me of a scripture some where in the bible, "When tow people are gathered together in my name, It shall be done."
The shape or planet is in these days with so much tragedy then it's wothy of prays as we have one more victory.
A masterpeice of praise.
luv, huggs, smiles,
emy

God listens, watches, He helps those who helps themselves and He will never forsake us when we do these things in His name...
